These terms apply to your use of this website and to the discovery call and AI Tools Assessment booked through it. Client engagements beyond those are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not professional, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation. Acting on general guidance without checking whether it fits your circumstances is not something we can be responsible for.

Booking a discovery call

The free route is two calls: a 15-minute discovery call and a short follow-up. Neither carries any obligation on either side. We ask that you cancel or reschedule if you cannot make it, as a courtesy. Repeated no-shows may mean we decline to schedule further calls.

The AI Tools Assessment

The The AI Tools Assessment costs $999 and is payable at the time of booking. It comprises two calls. The first is a 45-minute audit call. We then research and prepare a custom report identifying your biggest time drains and prescribing 3–7 off-the-shelf tools ranked by impact against effort, a 4-day quick-start plan, and an estimate of the hours and dollars recoverable each month. That report is delivered and walked through on a second call. The plan is not provided during the first call.

Our guarantee. If the report we deliver cannot identify at least 5 hours a week, in aggregate across your business, that you could reclaim, you receive a full refund of the fee. We apply this in good faith — you do not need to argue the point or complete any forms.

What the guarantee is measured against. It is measured on what the assessment identifies, judged at the walkthrough call, and not on results achieved afterwards. Whether the recommended tools are adopted, and how well they are used, is outside our control and is not covered by this guarantee. Requests should be made within 14 days of the walkthrough call.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending, forfeits the session — though in practice we will usually work with you on a genuine emergency.

Tools we recommend are yours to buy. The subscription or licence cost of any tool we prescribe is separate from this fee and is paid by you directly to that vendor. We hold no reseller agreements and receive no commission on anything we recommend.

What the deliverable is and is not

The report contains our professional recommendations based on the information available to us in the audit call. Beyond the guarantee stated above, it is not a guarantee of outcomes. Estimates of hours and dollars recovered are good-faith projections, and actual results depend on factors outside our control — including whether the recommended tools are actually adopted, and how your team uses them.

You own the document and may use it however you wish, including having another firm implement it.

Independence

We hold no reseller agreements and receive no referral commissions from the software vendors we recommend. If that ever changes, we will disclose it clearly before making a recommendation.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share about your business as confidential and will not disclose it without your permission, except where required by law. We are happy to sign your own confidentiality agreement — ask before the session and we will handle it beforehand.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a discovery call or assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book is the version that applies to that booking.
